The Cottage sleeps up to 5 people and has 2 bedrooms upstairs - 1 double and
1 double with 1 single
A complimentary breakfast basket is
also provided on arrival for you to enjoy at your leisure. A
charge of $15.00 a day thereafter.
All linen and towels are
supplied.
A Port-a-cot, High Chair and Stair Gate are also available.

BOOKINGS,
CANCELLATIONS AND DAMAGE POLICY:
Bookings can be made by
phone or email and a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid on
arrival. The balance will be automatically debited to your credit card unless requested otherwise. A
receipt will be supplied on request. The deposit will
be refunded for cancellations up to 14 days prior. If less than 14 days
the deposit is not refundable unless another booking is taken to take up the
vacancy.
Damage to contents or extra
cleaning will incur extra charges. This will be discussed
with you and if necessary, costs associated will be charged to your
credit card.
